Gary Mathis, Attorney and CPA 

Gary became a Certified Public Accountant in 1978 and was licensed as an attorney the same year. He worked for various firms practicing tax and business law before starting his own practice in 1987. Gary's forty years of experience includes tax and business law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and other forms of transactional law.

Julie Flanders, Attorney

With a focus on immigration law, Julie's previous experience includes working as a supervising attorney at the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES), as Legal Director at Justice of Our Neighbors (JFON), and as an attorney at Lincoln Goldfinch Law. She is passionate about helping people get through the complicated immigration legal process. Julie is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dana Evans, CPA

Dana joined the firm as a Certified Public Accountant in 1998. ​Dana assists clients with tax compliance and planning. She also manages bookkeeping for clients using Quickbooks. With over thirty years of accounting and tax experience, our clients rely on her knowledgeable advice for these matters.

Bryan Dome, CPA

Bryan has a wealth of experience in business and nonprofit management. His background includes budgeting, information systems management, and financial oversight for entities such as McNay Art Museum, Catholic Charities, and Huston-Tillotson College. As a Certified Public Accountant at Mathis and Flanders Law he provides insight to clients in their tax matters for both businesses and individuals, with a special expertise in non-profit entities.

Vicki Casarez, Office Administrator

When you call the office, you are likely to speak with Vicki. She began working for Mathis Flanders Law in 2007. Vicki handles scheduling for the office, and is also experienced in Quickbooks and ​document preparation. When she is not at work, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and watching her son play football for the New Braunfels Unicorns.
